A choreographer is the person who teaches different dancing techniques, like tap dancing, ballet, hip-hop dancing, lyrical or theatre dancing. Choreography represents the art of designing a combination of movement with specified motion and form. Choreographers can work in different industries and can teach dancing in colleges and universities, dance studios, or dance schools. They can perform in art companies like theater or opera companies.
The main duty of a choreographer is to teach dancers to interpret different types of dances and to transform the dances into a final performance. Choreographers can either have complete control and can decide what types of dances should one perform, or can work in collaboration with movement directors for robotic or other types of movements.
