OENIX starting from release ME103 till release ME111. During these projects, I improved my knowledge of the Developmen
Standards, Software Development Life Cycle, and Quality Assurance & Control Standards. The major experience gained is
the Banking Knowledge; as knowing the financial basics of the banking and their applications was one of my targets whi
h achieved by 90% of the planned. I gained the basics, standards, constraints and assumptions of the Banking Solutions
I gained knowledge of the International Software system standards through ISO 9001 & CMMi5 standards.

BLC Bank Project Phase I (Dec 2003 - May 2005): BLC (Banque de Lebon pour Comerce) one of the widely spread commercial
banks in Lebanon with rank 4. BLC implemented ME107 release at the middle of 2003 and went live at 1st April 2004. I w
s managing the assigned team for the project to deliver the final up-and-running full fledged banking solution. The pr
ject deliverables included:

AFH Bank Project Phase I (Dec 2003 May 2005): AFH (Arab Finance House) is an expansion of QIB (Qatar Islamic Bank) in
ebanon. It is the 2nd Islamic banking institution in Lebanon. AFH implemented PHOENIX-ME107 with application of the Is
amic Functionalities & Products. I became more familiar with the Islamic Banking aspects (Murabaha, Mudaraba, etc) and
I got the starting knowledge to the Islamic banking. The project deliverables included:
Core banking release PHOENIX-ME107 with Islamic functionalities, full fledged.

e cheques processing instead of the manual clearing techniques. I was responsible of gathering the requirements relate
to dealing with the core system and delivering the interface system required by the vendor to post to the core system

ADIB FTP Tuning Project (Dec 2006 Jun 2007): FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) is a system used to calculate the profitabil
ty of the banks unit in order to give them incentives or assess charges depends on their final position. ITD initiated
a project to tune the performance of the FTP system. I was managing the assigned team of the project; vendor expert an
ADIB business users. Deliverables were:

ADIB AML Project (Anti Money Laundry) (Jan 2007 Feb 2008): AMLock system is responsible for monitoring the customer ac
ounts, their transactions, transactions amounts and transactions order to suspect a money laundry situation. The proje
t started January 2007 and passed the UAT stage to the implementation phase and went LIVE at Feb 2008. I was responsib
e of the data extraction part; the required data structure was submitted by the vendor to be extracted from the Core S
