Obtained 03 months extensive Training on Flex-Cube, complete Core Banking Software of i-flex Solutions India, organize
by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited, Bangladesh in Bangalore & Mumbai, India from November 2003 to January 2004 under direct
supervision of i-flex India Training wing.
Designed Products of three (03) Corporate Modules i.e. LC/LG Module, BC Module & FT Module in the Banking Software as
well as Internet Banking (for Corporate Users) according to the business process of our country.
Worked as one of the members of Real time On-Line Banking Software Implementation Project of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited
Bangladesh and implemented successfully the Flex-Cube, Core Banking Software of i-flex Solutions India.
Conducted a No. of training sessions among the bank officials of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited on Flex-Cube, Core Banking
Software as Trained Personnel & presently giving day to day On-Line solutions to the branches'.

PRESENT JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating & Testing of New Products in Flex-cube
Give instant support to branches regarding day to day operational issues of Flex-cube as HELPDESK member.
Conduct Training Sessions on Flex-cube Corporate time to time arranged by the DBBL Training Wing.
Monitor the SWIFT Operation of branches and upgrade the system in accordance with Latest SWIFT Operational instruction
time to time as well as convey the changes of SWIFT Operation to the branch officials.
Giving LIVE Support while opening of NEW Branches.
